The general 5 gallon water filling machine line including:

1. Recycled 5 gallon bottle decapping and brushing machine:

Used to remove 5 gallon bottle cap, and brush the bottle inside and outside.

2. 5 gallon bottle outside washing machine:

Used to wash the bottle outside clear for filling use.

3. Washing filling sealing machine:

Used to wash 5 gallon bottle, filling water, and sealing bottle.

4.Auto cap elevator:

Used to lift the cap to sorter of filling machine.

5. Light check

Used to check the object in bottle to guarantee the water quality.

6. Bottle neck automatic labeling machine and shrinking machine

automatic put neck label onto the bottle then machine shrink film to fix it on bottle neck.

7. Automatic bagging machine

Automatic make the bag on bottle from bottom.

8. Stacking machine

Used to pack 5 gallon bottle with pallet for easier transport and avoid dust.
