Fitted with PLC control system and touch-screen control. This enables automatic user of the liquid volume supplied from the tanks for steady and efficient filling.

Automatic Safety and Error-Proof Device

If no bottles are there or wrongly located, or cap shortage, stop filling or capping. Signals in case of cap shortage. The machine will auto-feed caps, avoiding downtime.

Reliable After-sales and Easy Maintenance

The after sales provides the engineers for on the spot installation and training (one -two weeks). Maintenance is to be done every six months and requires the instruction manuals and professional help.

Versatile Use for Liquid Products

Basically liquid products from Mineral water, drinking water..... etc. The machine can work with various PET bottles, therefore applies to any requirement in filling.

Generally 30-60 days, the actual time depends on the particular type of equipment you order.
Yes, after the equipment is shipped, we send 1 or 2 engineers to your factory to help with the installation. This normally requires 1 to 2 weeks.
Proper repair work has to be done twice a year, we also furnish a maintenance book.
You pay for round trip airplane tickets, lodging, meals and per diem of $100 per man.
