The general 5 gallon water filling machine line including:

1. Recycled 5 gallon bottle decapping and brushing machine:

Used to remove 5 gallon bottle cap, and brush the bottle inside and outside.

2. 5 gallon bottle washing machine:

Used to wash the bottle outside clear for filling use.

3. Washing filling sealing machine:

Used to wash 5 gallon bottle, filling water, and sealing bottle.

4.Auto cap elevator:

Used to lift the cap to sorter of filling machine.

5. Light check

Used to check the object in bottle to guarantee the water quality.

6. Bottle neck PE film shrinking machine

Manual shrink or machine auto sleeve film, then machine shrink film to fix it on bottle neck.

7. Lifting bagging machine

Used to lift filled 5 gallon bottle, then manual can make the bag on bottle from bottom.

8. Stacking machine

Used to pack 5 gallon bottle with pallet for easier transport and avoid dust.
